I have FINALLY arrived! 7 days ago I began the long drive with my parents and little brother Jacob, from Austin, Texas to Covington Louisiana! After a little over 8 hours in the car, we finally made it to Covington and got checked into our hotel. The next morning, we had a nice breakfast at the hotel an dthen made the short drive over to St. Joseph's to move me in and attend Mass at the Abbey! Words cannot describe my feelings and emotions as I stepped onto the seminary grounds. I was in a dense forest looking up at a beautiful Monastery and Abbey and truly felt surround by God's presence...(more to come, gotta run to Evening Prayer)

My new home, St. Joseph's Abbey and Seminary College
